01

Booking, paying and changing

Is it cheaper to book direct?

Yes — this is the hotel's own website. There is no agency commission in the price and no booking fee on top, and you are booking with the hotel rather than a reseller.

When am I charged?

It depends which rate you choose, and the rate says so before you book.

  • Flexible — nothing is taken when you book. Your card is held securely to guarantee the room.
  • Non-refundable — charged in full when you book.
What is the cancellation policy?
  • Flexible — cancel free of charge up to 72 hours (3 days) before arrival. After that, or if you do not arrive, the full stay is charged.
  • Non-refundable — charged in full when you book. No changes and no refunds.

The policy that applies is the one shown on the rate you picked, and it is repeated in your confirmation email.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

Use the link in your confirmation email — it opens your booking directly, with no password to remember. You can also call +442078410360 or email bookings@thehouseoftoby.london.

Do you take group bookings?
